Overview
RECRUITMENTiQ is working in partnership with an innovative residential care and therapy provider in the Whitchurch area and is seeking Residential Support Workers to join their team. We specialise in providing care, therapy and education for children and young people aged 11-18 years who have experienced or are at high risk of exploitation. Our homes are located in the Whitchurch area of north Shropshire. Previous experience in a care role is not essential as we offer a comprehensive induction programme, alongside the opportunity to develop a rewarding vocation in residential care with fully funded Diplomas and a structured employee progression scheme.
