We are looking for a Registered Mental Health Nurse / RMN who has an Open, compassionate, honest & resilient nature with a passion for delivering the best quality of care. You will work with service users from all walks of life, with a broad range of abilities and complex needs. Produce written reports based on your nursing assessments and observations. Work closely with the management team to develop the service, audit, and improve quality. Maintain documentation, undertake audits and demonstrate integrity in your role Requirements of the Registered Mental Health Nurses: Degree or equivalent within Mental Health Nursing (RMN trained) NMC registration and have a valid live pin Knowledge of the Mental Health Act Excellent communication skills including verbal and written English Current DBS (on update service or willing to apply for a new certificate) Proof of your right to live and work in the UK Our ideal candidate for this role job: Commitment to providing outstanding personalised care Have a caring and respectful nature - passionate about care quality Preferably lives in the area of Birmingham Reliability to work shifts that are accepted Has Mapa Training Has a strong ability to work on their own initiative and in a team environment A good understanding of the Mental Health Act 1983 and latest nursing practices A commitment to patient recovery in order to effectively monitor, manage and reduce risk Compassion, resilience and a dedication to empower and support service user independence Having Flexibility is desired If you are interested in this role, please contact Shauna at PeopleLine on 0121 663 0955 Disclaimer This position will involve supporting adult/young adults service users.
