Support Worker - Weston Super Mare, BS23 1EE We are looking to recruit a Support Worker for our client's fabulous care home based in Weston Super Mare. You will be dedicated and enthusiastic as a support worker and willing to go the extra mile The Position will be one wake over shift a week (8pm to 9am) and alternate Saturday and Sunday Day shifts, (9am to 8pm) on a permanent basis. Wage is between £8.50 and £8.75 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, to be discussed at interview stage. Our client provides high quality care and accommodation for adults with mental health difficulties and the focus will be on supporting individuals towards greater independence. We are looking for people who have: Experience in health and social care and working with people with mental illness or complex needs Have good communication skills, be positive and patient Create solutions to overcome challenges and have a 'can-do' attitude.
