An innovative 'CQC Compliant' Mental Health rehabilitation service in Tipton are looking to add an outstanding Registered Nurse (RMN / RNLD) to their team. This is a tremendous opportunity to work for a modern service that is providing high dependency rehabilitation for adults with a primary diagnosis of mental health difficulties. This service delivers the structure and interventions necessary to support individuals who need a strong and structured support within a high dependency rehabilitation service. This service has been created to innovatively support individuals with a high level of needs and behaviours that challenge and those that require continued care and treatment due to complex mental health conditions and co-morbidity.
