Overview

We are looking for an experienced social worker to join a Cotswolds Safeguarding Team as an Advanced Practitioner. The ideal candidate will have experience of supporting or mentoring newly qualified SW and students as well as acting as the lead in the team on providing training and supporting dissemination of improvements to practice. Alongside this there will be some case holding of complex cases including CP and Court work Your role will be to manage a small caseload within the assessment team as well as mentoring and supporting newly qualified social worker. Your experience will have a positive impact on this stabilising team and you will be instrumental in influencing best practice within the team This is a great opportunity for anyone looking for a challenging position within a supportive and excellent, team spirited environment.
