Social Work Team Manager - Locality - Redcar - £34.64 Per Hour We are looking to hire an experienced team manager for the Adult Locality teams. Candidates need to have social Work qualification / managers qualification and experience at managers level as well as being registered with Social Work England. Benefits of this Social Work Role: Long term contract Regular supervision by management Competitive rates Duties of this Social Work Role: To achieve and maintain a high standard of professional practice which demonstrates good standards of care and service. To record and report in a manner that is accurate, complete and conforms to the Council's requirements. To undertake assessment and care management arrangements across all service user categories promoting a multi-disciplinary approach to service user needs. To carry an agreed caseload as allocated by the line manager, taking responsibility for organising and prioritising own caseload and workload management. To identify and access appropriate resources to meet identified needs. To develop care plans in consultation with service users and their carers.
