Overview
Home Based Supervising Social Worker - £41,500 £38,000 per annum plus £3,500 car allowance NonStop is recruiting for a permanent Supervising Social Worker, for an Independent Fostering Agency with a Good Ofsted rating, in the South East of England. This is a home based role, so you will have more flexibility with the working hours. In this role, you will be required to travel a bit around the Newbury area, Oxfordshire, High Wycombe and also you will have to be able to go to their Bristol office now and then for the team meetings. A very good car allowance (£3,500) will be offered, to cover for your travel. The Supervising Social Worker will do therapeutic work with the children. The role is a normal Supervising Social Worker role, so it doesn't involve undertaking assessments. They are offering a very good salary package, which could get as high as £41,400, which is better than the pay offered by other IFAs in the area. They also offer 30 days annual leave, a very generous pension scheme and access to private pension.
