Overview

Site Manager required for leading residential developer for new site near Canterbury Kent. £60 - £69k plus flexible package and generous bonus scheme. Permanent opportunity with market leading Residential Developer. Our client is currently looking to recruit one or two Site Managers for upcoming projects in and around the Canterbury area. The projects are either brand new sites or new phases on established projects and are Timber framed units 3 and 4 bedroom houses and some apartments . Reporting into a Regional Contract Manager candidates will be fully responsible for all aspects of the delivery of the project and will need previous experience of working on timber frame housing projects. Duties include: Carrying out plot inspections at various stages of the build process. Ensure contractors are completing works to programme. Coordinate with contractors for when works should be completed by. Use the subcontract manual and trade specifications as a basis for managing the subcontractor's obligations. Liaise with the Customer Care team to schedule inspections of plots that you have signed off as ready for quality control inspection. Direct management of Site staff Responsible for Health and Safety Liaise with the NHBC Progress reporting Management of Assistant Site Manager to ensure all plots have a customer care pass before obtaining CML prior to legal completion.
