This role is varied and supports customers in emergency or more high pressure scenarios, ensuring they receive a response in line with service levels in an efficient and effective way, meeting each individual customer's policy. Coordinate assistance, looking at cost effective responses and ensuring invoices for payments are accurate, as well as suitable follow up with suppliers and external stakeholders. Support customers with queries and requests, answering questions and providing advice. Deliver excellent service and handle issues or complaints professionally, to ensure the best possible outcome for the customer. This is a Fixed Term Contract covering maternity - up until the end of 2020.
