Commercial Agent, Essex, £25,000 to £30,000 pa Bonus A leading property consultancy across East London & Essex is seeking a Commercial Agent to join the Essex offices. As the Commercial Agent you will be responsible for undertaking both acquisitions and disposals for commercial properties (predominately focused on industrial and office sectors). This will involve:- Undertaking site inspections Drafting marketing particulars Dealing with perspective enquiries In order to be considered you will have some agency experience. This is great opportunity for someone who has completed a RICS accredited degree and want a transactional focused role that can support you through your APC or an estate agent looking to focus on commercial properties.
