Clinical Deputy Manager Full Time Ipswich £40,000 p/a Great Benefits We are recruiting a clinically trained Deputy Manager for an elderly nursing home in Ipswich. This purpose-built nursing home is located in a quiet peaceful location, offering spacious accommodation with up to 45 beds for residents. They deliver excellent standards of care, which is proven by their good CQC rating overall and are looking for a Deputy Manager to assist the home manager with the daily running of the home. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Supervising, supporting and inducting staff members Monitoring standards of care delivered by care staff, ensuring that all residents receive quality person centred care and that care plans are fully maintained Support the registered manager with the general management of the home working under their guidance and leadership. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all residents, families, visitors and colleagues.
