Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our clients busy dealership in Liverpool. Working as a Service Advisor within our clients VERY busy dealership you will provide a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring all job functions and tasks are delivered in an accurate and timely manner. Service Advisor Responsibilities: You will be responsible for greeting customers as they drop off their vehicle for servicing, updating them throughout the day as to whether there is additional work that needs to be carried out and informing them of the costs involved, liaising with the workshop and parts department to obtain regular progress updates, producing invoices for the customer and generally ensuring that the whole service process runs smoothly for the Retailer from start to finish. Customer follow up will also be required to maintain contact and ensure they were completely satisfied, that their expectations were met, any issues are addressed and their custom is retained. Your Abilities and Skills: Previous experience in a Service Advisor role is essential Administration experience and the ability to work well under pressure, handle conflicting demands, and schedule work appropriately Excellent communication skills to develop and maintain working relationships The ability to work as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service A flexible approach to time-keeping so customer satisfaction can always be ensured. Systematic and organised; pays attention to the finer details. Has an honest, respectful and diligent approach to work with a strong sense of integrity Confident user of computers and a working knowledge and understanding of Kerridge & Pinnacle software would be an advantage A full and valid UK driving licence is essential Working alongside a great team Further training and extended development for career progression HUGE career prospects and GREAT company benefits Salary: £25,000 per annum Permanent, Full Time, 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday with Saturday mornings on a rota Who are you applying to?
