Overview
The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting for an experienced Nursing Home Manager to join our client in their beautiful home in Barnstaple. Hours: 40 hours per week. Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 plus substantial bonus potential. As the Nursing Home Manager will have overall responsibility for the management of the home; the standard of care practice, catering and domestic services along with leadership and financial management. A commitment to continuous improvement will be a strong focus of this role, which will include; provision of care in accordance with approved guidelines and continual professional development of all the staff across the home. This role also includes building excellent relationships with the families and friends of our residents and health professionals, together with managing personal information in a confidential and sensitive manner. The Ideal Candidate: You will be RGN or RMN qualified with a current NMC PIN with experience of working with older people in a nursing home environment. We want you to be a dynamic, focused and proactive leader with a passion for ensuring our residents receive the best possible person-centered care. On duty, you will take the lead on delivering clinical care to a resident with a range of nursing needs and liaising with external clinical professionals including GP’s and hospital doctors.
