If you’re looking for a Junior Web Developer role in Hertfordshire, we have a fantastic opportunity to join a global business who offer excellent prospects. A salary of up to £25,000 is available. The role is a mix of Web Development and Application Support, and you’ll have the opportunity to learn new technologies and learn from an experienced IT team. You will join a fantastic organisation based in Hatfield who employ over 800 staff globally, and who have an excellent reputation for developing their staff. Role Overview The role is a mix of software web development, systems analysis and application support – your duties will include the development and support of existing applications (both software and web), the migration of SQL to new versions, IT Support and systems analysis. The role would suit an IT Graduate or Junior Developer who is looking for a role which offers great development opportunities. Skills Required The Junior Web Developer will ideally have the majority of the following: - IT Graduate - Knowledge of Web Development technologies such as HTML / CSS / PHP / JavaScript - Good knowledge of SQL Server (including some SQL scripting experience). - Some IT Support or Application Support experience would be highly desirable. Location Hatfield / Hertfordshire Commute from St Albans / Hemel Hempstead / Luton / Watford / North London Working Hours 9 am to 5:30 pm (Monday to Friday) Salary / Benefits to £25,000 Excellent Prospects.
