Overview

As Controller, you will create continuous business, operational and financial insights that will shape the growth of our organization. You will get the freedom in setting up a professional function and advancing our measures to further improve our results. Client Details The client is a Euopean-wide manufacturer with locations in 3 countries. Description Be in charge of all accounting efforts, including receivables, payables, stock, fixed assets, provisions, etc. Establish and further develop common accounting routines. Provide analysis and supporting information to assist the management team in understanding business performance and decision making. Maintain up-to-date forecasts. Communicate timely and clearly to relevant stakeholders. Support and coordinate the external audit of annual accounts. Continuously implement process improvements to ensure the business is ready to scale up. Manage cash and working capital. Provide financial analysis and monitor KPIs. Team member for implementation new ERP system. Partner with tax and VAT agencies for the preparation and review of tax returns. Review monthly payroll. Leading a team of 2. Profile You have a degree in Accounting. You have at least 3-5 years of working experience in a related industry. You have attention to detail, are accurate and can work with strict deadlines. You're able to work in a high demanding environment. You're a self-starter with an ability to work well independently and within a team. You're a proficient user of MS Excel with strong IT skills. You are an articulate, analytical and enthusiastic finance professional with some (3-5 years) experience with business- or financial control. You are hands-on, take initiative and see opportunities where others see issues, and apply them via constructive, creative thinking.
