You're an experienced Associate, with 5 years' PQE in Employment Law. And you're ready for a new challenge. You understand that Employment Law shapes every single aspect of how a business operates. You pride yourself on technical excellence and practical commercial advice, often turning around work to tight deadlines. You're a people person, whether it's communicating within your own team or converting business development opportunities with clients. And you don't want to stop learning and developing; you enjoy keeping up to date within the market and are always seeking opportunities to learn more. You're confident that you can provide a good client experience, from inception to outcome, and are able to manage your caseload efficiently. You care about the success of your team and are always willing to go the extra mile; even delivering training within the team or the wider firm.
