Overview
Our client is a leading law firm who is recruiting for a Credit Controller for a 12 Month FTC They are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to provide support in reducing the aged debt The ideal Credit Controller will be responsible for: Developing a plan to tackle the level of debt over 1 year Implementation of the plan Engaging with fee earners and partners to resolve issues Collect debts or reach settlement with clients Attend regular meetings with fee earners and partners to agree collection plans Ensure the credit control database is updated Attend monthly review meetings with the Credit Control Manager Attend client meetings as required Review bill receipts and identity or resolve discrepancies Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory regulations The ideal Credit Controller will have: Knowledge of a Credit Control function and legal billing cycles Knowledge of Solicitors Accounting Rules and VAT Good level of IT skills, including Word and Excel Follow us on LinkedIn or visit our website for insights and market trends.
