Overview
Registered Manager Bristol £30,000 One of my clients is expanding currently and due to an internal promotion is now seeking an experienced Registered Manager for a domicilliary service covering the Bristol area. The company has a 'people first' company culture and thinks of this as both for their staff and their clients. Their ethos focuses on having a compassionate and caring outlook on their services, ensuring they provide quality care. They are open and receptived to new ideas and any way to improve the solid foundation they have already built, shown by their Good rating with the CQC. The service is only about a year old and currently provides around 1200 hours of care per week in the following specialisms; Mental Health Learning Disabilities Autism Acquired Brain Injuries Complex Behavioural and Health Needs Package Salary up to £30,000 (negotiable for very experienced applicants) Generous holiday allowance Ongoing development and support from senior management team Pension scheme Requirements Registered Manager experience Ideally experience managing services of a similar size (1200 hours a week) Experience within Mental Health, Autism, Challenging Behaviour WR Health & Social Care are the 1 recruitment partner for nursing jobs, care home jobs and home manager jobs.
