Overview
Do you enjoy a fast paced working environment? Genuinely enjoy helping people? And available to start now? My client urgently needs a number of Customer Support Agent to join their Fife based call team. Set in a modern call centre in Fife, you will be joining a fast paced contact centre providing customers with factual information, handling a high volume of calls and taking control of the call and then pointing them in direction of the relevant website. To be considered for this you must be able to demonstrate the following: A good listener Display Empathy at all times Experience in previous customer service roles Compassionate Can handle a fast paced environment Fully flexible Committed This is an immediate start, full training will be provided but due to the nature of the role you need to be fully flexible to cover all shift patterns (including nightshift). This is a minimum 3 month contract paying between £9.30 and £10.00 p/h (depending on shift times). There is free onsite parking available too.
