Overview
Meraki Accountancy & Finance’s client based on the outskirts of Glasgow are looking to add a Qualified Group Financial Accountant to the current team. This is an excellent opportunity for Newly Qualified Accountant who is keen to make there first move into industry. The successful candidate will be joining a dynamic firm who are going through a sustained period of growth. Key duties of the role: Assist with month end consolidation process and support group projects Work closely alongside Finance Directors and Financial Controllers in each business unit to gain financial information Cash flow forecasting and challenging forecasts submitted by individual business units Preparation of the finance section for the monthly board pack Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts Develop close working relationships with internal customers and external stakeholders Experience required: ICAS / ACCA Qualified Comfortable working to tight month end deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills Advanced excel and BI knowledge Experience of working on projects
