SALES ADMINISTRATOR UP TO £23,000 THORNE, DONCASTER THE OPPORTUNITY I am pleased to be recruiting on behalf of my well-established client and helping them to expand their team. Due to company growth they are looking for experienced Sales Administrators to join their team in Thorne. As a Sales Administrator you will work alongside the Sales team to progress orders through to completion, ensuring clients receive an excellent service at all time. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Sales Administrator / Sales Coordinator / Internal Sales Executive / Account Manager / Sales Support Administrator to join a rewarding and market leading business with excellent long term prospects. DUTIES Liaising with clients and answering incoming queries Providing competitive and detailed quotations for clients Working to deadlines and prioritising a busy workload Processing and tracking orders promptly Updating clients on the progress of their orders Liaising with suppliers and contractors Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and exiting clients Keeping an accurate and up to date record of daily sales, order and quotation activity Following up on quotations SKILLS YOU NEED Previous experience within a Sales Administration / Sales Support / Sales Coordinator / Internal Sales / Account Management role Excellent PC and related technology skills Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Good analytical skills Ability to stay calm under pressure Good communication skills Get Recruited is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
