Administrative Coordinator Full time (9am-5pm) Monday to Friday Salary: £18000 - £20000 (depending no experience) We are recruiting on behalf of an incredibly reputable and successful business based near to Reigate, Surrey. We have an amazing opportunity available for the right candidate to join this outgoing and vibrant team as a Coordinator. They are looking for someone with roughly 6months to 2years office/administrative/coordinator experience who is looking for the next step to kick start their career Duties will include: Providing an exceptional level of Customer Service Coordinating multiple services relevant to the business Liaising with clients, customers and service providers via email and telephone to ensure everything runs smoothly and within a timely manner Administrative duties To be considered for this role you must have: An excellent understanding of the English language both written and verbally A minimum of A-levels or equivalent A can-do attitude Enthusiasm to give %100 at all times The ability to get on within a bubbly and occasionally loud team
