Technical Author, Banking, IT Software Development, Application & System Development, London, £45k An excellent opportunity for a Technical Author to break into the banking sector to join a London based bank that are experiencing with a great change within their dynamic development team. They are responsible for all IT development across front, middle and back Office business areas. You will work alongside their current Technical Author and between you will be responsible for support the development function with documentation. Technical Author responsibilities: Write and maintain Technical IT Application Documentation. Produce and maintain End-User Application Documentation. Support end user documentation for new and existing software applications. Online help and content management IT Intranet pages. Technical Author Key Skills: Self-starter with a "can do, will do" attitude Produces Technical and non-technical documentation. A structured and methodical approach, with good attention to detail. Good communication/interpersonal skills. Document Management and Version Control. Advanced MS Word/Visio/Sharepoint.
