Overview

This temporary position could potentially lead to a permanent role for the right candidate. It’s working for a lettings firm in central Bradford on a full-time basis. Any previous admin or reception experience would be an advantage, but training can be provided. Duties include: General administration Greeting visitors Arranging viewings for potential tenants and attending some viewings locally Dealing with new applications Taking and transferring calls etc Dealing with queries Actioning maintenance requests The ideal candidate will be: Confident with excellent communication skills and ability to learn quickly Accuracy and attention to detail are important Some IT ability Able to commit to 3 months temping initially however it could lead to a permanent role however if you are free for at least 3 months on a temporary basis only this will be considered in this role Some experience in an office or reception and excellent front of house presentation The role is working Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm plus 1 late shift per month on a Thursday 11am to 7pm and 1 Saturday per month 9am to 1pm.
