Overview

Technical Build Engineer – Unified Comms & Collaboration (UCC) A Global Telecommunications business, has a requirement for a Technical Build Engineers, based in Berkshire. This is a 3 month initial engagement (outside IR35) with likelihood of work for 12-18 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for the build and management of existing and new customers using their hosted UCC product. To be considered we are looking for proven background within the telecoms sector , to include expert knowledge of the Fixed/Mobile ecosystem and supplier landscape. Technical expertise should include most of the following: Cisco HCS hosted solutions MSFT Lync Enterprise Solutions SIP trunking and PBX technologies Mobile network technologies (NGIN, IMS) Knowledge of provisioning, billing and reporting systems, Other requirements: Ability to understand customer requirements, and management of transition into test strategies and plans. Technical qualifications – BSc/MSc, and ideally some formal test certifications (ISEB/ISTQB) Excellent communication skills. Please apply for further details.
