Overview

We have created a new role at Auriga Services and are looking for a Technical Support Manager to effectively manage, monitor, streamline and improve the delivery and reporting of all Assist contracts. The Assist team provides free and confidential welfare and debt advice to individuals. You will work alongside the Welfare Rights Advisers, Outreach Assistants and Money Advisers to ensure all outcomes are effectively collected and reported. As a Technical Support Manager at Auriga, your responsibilities will include: Gaining an in-depth understanding of the contracts, including service level agreements delivered by the Assist team. Applying the contract knowledge gained to continuously improve and critically analyse the monitoring and use of the case management system. Presenting proposals to the executive team through the management and efficiency of the Assist contracts. Critically analysing from an end to end perspective the client requirements, reporting capabilities of the case management systems and demand placed on each adviser. Actively working with the team manager to update, maintain and enhance the case management system. Testing, implementing and monitoring the effectiveness of approved upgrades to the system. Creating and writing reports using the case management system. Keeping up to date with legislation, policies and procedures and undertaking appropriate training or qualification as and when required. We are looking for a Technical Support Manager who has the following skills and experiences: Educated to GCSE level Maths and English. Excellent IT skills including Microsoft products and Crystal. The ability to design complex queries in an SQL database. Previous Project Management experience. Experience in customer service and process improvement roles/environments. This is a permanent full-time contract at Auriga, working 37.5 hours per week. A degree of flexibility will be required in the working pattern to ensure all service level agreements and monitoring requirements are achieved throughout the year.
