Gold (standard) ‘Investors in People’ Top 25 - Glassdoor 2019 Employees' Choice Best Place to Work About the role: Planning for and executing a successful Digital Workplace implementation using Office 365 is a challenge faced by the vast majority of our customers, and hence a core part of our clients digital products. We are looking to recruit additional experienced consultants to meet client demand. Our projects are varied and include: · Defining a client’s Digital Workplace Strategy based on Office 365 and helping communicate the vision to senior stakeholders · Developing an attainable implementation roadmap based on a solid understanding of a client’s starting point and ability to execute · Developing business cases for change · Digital Workplace technology mapping based on client vision and requirements, this can be components of /configuration approaches for Office 365 but also assessment of third party technologies and the case for customisation · Designing and implementing Digital Workplace solutions based on the Office 365 platform · Steering and supporting effective business change during and post-transition · Contributing to and reviewing client bids and supporting proposal presentations Key Responsibilities: · Work with our clients to establish a realistic Digital Workplace vision, strategyand roadmap · Work independently or as part of a team to translate business needs into the design of solution architectures for client Office 365 business solutions · Work as part of a team to develop the overall solution architecture for digital workplace business solutions · Provide technical leadership and mentoring for Microsoft Office 365 implementation teams, defining standards and practices · Assist with estimating and planning for projects and bids · Undertake project lead architect role for Office 365 Digital Workplace implementation projects · Contribute to the strategy and ongoing development of our Office 365 business solutions · Participate in business development providing technical input and meeting with clients to secure new business · Work as part of a multi-discipline team to assess requests for proposals and compile bid responses that satisfy client requirements · Design and develop proof of concepts and facilitate ‘art of the possible’ demonstrations This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89874584
