We are looking for a PHP Developer / Full Stack Developer Are you a positive, capable PHP Developer looking for an opportunity that balances hands-on, diverse and interesting technical work with skill development? You could make an impact working on our B2B (Business to Business) web portal. Our new PHP Developer will play a pivotal role in product development, collaborate with Developers, Project Managers and Business Analysts to ensure the custom development objectives are being met. As a PHP Developer you will act as a critical point of reference for website and live implementation technologies to ensure smooth operation and Agile deployments that meet the needs of our business. You’ll predominantly use PHP but will be exposed to a diverse tech stack including JavaScript, Node.js, CSS, HTML, XML, cloud services, Rest APIs, Postgres, MongoDB, Punchout systems by making use of supplier and buyer portals such as Ariba. It will be advantageous if you have been exposed to various web technologies mentioned. But mostly we are looking for agile and flexible developers who are willing to learn and work well within the team. We will take each applicant upon merit and not necessary upon fulfilling all of the tech skills mentioned. Our developers will need to: Enjoy creating simple, effective, efficient, performant and clean code to power new product features, as well as refactoring and improving existing code Is comfortable collaborating on the design and user experience Cares about shipping high quality products Can take ideas and run with them Good understanding of agile development and continuous integration/continuous delivery Has experience of building the infrastructure that quickly identifies and surfaces production issues that impact their users Roles & Responsibilities: As a developer you will collaborate with the product owner to define software requirements for programming effort.
