Apprenticeship Delivery Manager- Centre Based Role We are currently recruiting on behalf of a Social Enterprise who are located in the West Midlands Due to growth we are looking to recruit an experienced Apprenticeship Manager. As an experienced Apprenticeship Assessor Manager you will be paid a competitive salary of up to £35000 and benefits. This training provider delivers apprenticeship qualifications in Housing, Leadership and Management, Business Administration and Customer Service. The role will entail managing a team of Associate/Freelance Trainers who are delivering the full apprenticeship standards, alongside a Business Development Manager, an Administrator and a Sales Marketing Executive You will define and manage the team to ensure all targets and objectives are achieved. This will include: " Being responsible for the delivery of Apprenticeships within the chosen standards. " Provide effective leadership to a team of delivery staff, ensuring a consistent quality of service is delivered to clients and learners. " Implement strategies to improve the quality of Apprenticeship delivery " Overseeing with the Quality Assurance team to improve and maintain quality and compliance standards within the team " Work closely with Trainer/Coaches are obtaining all necessary paperwork to accurately claim funding " Use data effectively to drive performance and ensure learners make appropriate progress and get a great learner experience " Ensure compliance with funding rules and awarding organisations. " Ensure data management systems are fully utilised, accurate and up to date, including the DAS and ILR systems. " Performance Reviews, one to ones, recruitment and coaching to a team of Trainer/Assessor " Being the lead on Ofsted Inspections and for awarding bodies " Manage the End Point Assessment process for the scope of the teams provision " Carry out formal observations and support tutors to develop. Skills and experience required for the Apprenticeship Delivery Manager " Proven track record of managing and inspiring teams of Trainer/Assessors " Extensive experience with managing outstanding apprenticeship programmes " Knowledge and experience of Ofsted and ability to support delivery teams to develop towards outstanding results " Knowledge of Housing and Leadership & Management Apprenticeships would be desirable " Up to date knowledge of ESFA funding rules " Experience in conducting high quality observations of teaching and learning. " Excellent knowledge of Excel and other data management packages and e-portfolio systems.
