Deputy Manager - Nurse – Lincolnshire PE10 - £19.50 per hour – 40 hours a week The home is rated Good by the CQC We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager (Nurse qualified is essential You will work in a purpose-built care home situated in Bourne, North of Peterborough that has been designed for older people requiring residential and nursing care. The home is conveniently located in the residential area of Falcon Way, providing residents with a peaceful environment. Please note that you must have a Nursing Qualification (Active PIN) and at least 2 years’ experience of working in a Care Home environment. Key Responsibilities: · We are looking for someone that is confident enough to make autonomous decisions, while collaborative enough to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will ideally have significant previous Deputy Manager experience in older peoples care homes and demonstrate true commitment both to your own personal development and to the development of your wider team. · Your caring and professional approach goes without saying, as does your strong work ethic, reliability and ability to build solid working relationships.
