Overview
Male Support Worker Creative Support is a non-profit organisation which provides high quality person centred social care services for people with a wide range of needs. We are recruiting a new team to support tenants with a learning disability or autism to enjoy an excellent quality of life in a new-build development of 9 self-contained flats, purpose designed to maximise independence and community connections. The accommodation is located in a very pleasant residential location next to Wandsworth Common , close to bus routes and local amenities. Your responsibilities will include: Providing personal care, practical and emotional support to adults with a learning disability Identifying and accessing opportunities for community involvement with service users Collaborating with service users, families, and involved professionals to provide a consistent and coordinated service that meets the needs of service users Assisting the line manager with the day-to-day running of the service Full or part time hours are available and to be worked flexibly on a rota which will include evenings, weekends and public holidays according to the needs of the service.
