Overview
TTM Healthcare are supporting a specialist complex care service in Sheffield that provide high-quality nurse-led care for service users. The Senior Nurse/ Unit Manager will be responsible for overseeing the brand new unit which has just opened and currently has 2 services user however has the capacity for 8. This is an extremely exciting time for a Senior Nurse/ Unit Manager to join the service as they have recently acquired an overall CQC rating of "GOOD" and is aiming for an "OUTSTANDING" in there next CQC inspection. THE RESPONSIBILITIES: You will take the role of a Senior Nurse/Unit Manager on duty and have responsibility for a team of nursing and care staff You will lead by example, delivering and providing strong leadership to your team You will have a person-centred ethos and be committed to enriching the lives of the individuals in your care. THE REQUIREMENTS: You will be a registered nurse RMN / RGN / RNLD and will have a valid NMC pin Previous low level mental health experience You’ll be up to date with current evidence-based practice and have a working knowledge of CQC Standards and Regulations and will work using your initiative making effective decisions to improve care quality THE REWARDS: Free uniform Free car parking Pension scheme Generous holiday allowance RCNi CPD e-learning – offers support and training for revalidation Paid enhanced DBS check Refer a Friend scheme Employee assistance program Access to NVQ level 5 in leadership We are looking for a dedicated Senior Nurse/Unit Manager, either RGN/RMN or RNLD Nurse registrations will be accepted and although experience in the field of complex care is preferred, it is certainly not essential as exceptional training is provided through this companies award winning learning academy.
