Here’s how this role will help: · Drafting and negotiations of Pharmacovigilance Agreements for contractual relationships with business partners. · To liaises with relevant stakeholders (e.g., Business Development, Legal Department, Affiliates, Regional Management, Regulatory Affairs) to ensure that PVAs will be established for relevant Main Agreements. · To support the maintenance of the PVA database and retrieval of information from the PVA database. · To advise and support affiliates on the negotiation of local PVAs · To supports the development and maintenance of procedures, templates and tools used and/or needed for the PVA-business. · Involvement in global projects related to PVAs. Here are the minimum qualifications and essential functions for this position: · Science-related degree · Pharmacovigilance Experience with Pharmacovigilance Agreements (PVAs)/Safety Data Exchange Agreements (SDEAs) · Desirable for candidate to have knowledge in global pharmacovigilance legislation · Excellent communication skills (as role required contacting Mylan business partners on a regular basis) · Organisational Skills (as the role is related to handling multiple tasks) · Excellent IT skills (as the role requires the use of multiple computer applications) · Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills – as Mylan has many complex relationships Why Mylan?
