SQL Developer SQL Developer, Performance Tuning, Querying, Indexing, T-SQL, Execution Plans, SQL 2012, SQL 2014 Are you a SQL Geek? Do you love Performance Tuning, Querying and Indexing? My client is a well-known, global entertainment business based in the centre of Manchester. They are looking for a super technical SQL Developer to help them deliver highly optimised aggregations and data outputs. Working within the MIS team you build SQL Systems that underpin complex and large-scale reporting. What to expect - Billions of Rows - Complex data modelling - Event driven reporting - ‘Live’ and ‘changing’ data structures - Boundary challenging as standard Preferred skills and experience Extensive commercial database development experience, preferably with SQL 2012 or later. Excellent T-SQL skills and execution plan analysis skills. Ability to break down complex requirements into simple solutions. Extremely methodical with a strong attention to detail. Experience working with large and complex datasets is desirable. Knowledge of SQL Server performance monitoring and query tuning.
