Maintenance Engineer / Maintenance Manager

Senior Maintenance Engineer Process Plant Ashby De La Zouch, Leicestershire Up to £42,000 per annum Monday to Friday SF Engineering is currently recruiting a Maintenance engineer to work for a leading manufacturer based near Ashby de la Zouch. You will be working on state-of-the-art kit and be part of a forward-thinking maintenance team. This position is one for senior Maintenance Engineers that want to step up into management and have strong experience of managing CMMS. Alternately, you could already be a maintenance manager that is stuck in a company where you can't make essential changes in your own department. Your Job you will be responsible for Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and attending reactive breakdowns on a variety of equipment, some of which is manually operated. duties include: - Mechanical and electrical fault finding on 3 phase motors - Working on dated process equipment - working with Pneumatics - Working on installation of new machinery - Working on CI projects to increase productivity and decrease downtime - Managing a small close-knit unit of You - Previous experience as a maintenance engineer / manager in a busy manufacturing environment (process / heavy manufacturing / material manufacturing) - NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in mechanical or electrical engineering - Good communication skills - IT literate - Own transport - Want to learn and develop You must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
