My client, a start-up based in London are currently expanding their team of Software Engineers. They've experienced an ongoing period of growth and are now looking for a Software Engineering Manager / Lead to take over responsibility of a small team of developers. The role will involve not only day to day management and work allocation, but also the recruitment of a rapidly expanding Engineering function. They believe in leading with a 'hands-on' approach, so looking for individuals who want to remain closely working with some of the most cutting edge technologies available.
