Overview

My client provides external technical support to small to medium size businesses from their base in Mill Hill, North London.They provide PC and Mac support and maintenance, as well as cabling, connective services, email and cross platform integration and software support including cloud-based applications. Due to growth, they are currently looking to recruit a full time 2 nd line Helpdesk Support Engineer to join their small team. They provide all the support required and ongoing training and development with be given. Knowledge Microsoft Suite Apple Max Knowledge a bonus Hardware and networking knowledge Experience dealing with third party vendors Email and cross platform integration Cabling knowledge would be a bonus Person A minimum of two years IT support helpdesk experience Go getter, someone willing to learn and increase their skill set in this area Excellent face to face and telephone skills Ability to solve problems Ability to work on their own as well as part of a small team Able to go on site as well as provide external support Due to the high number of applications we receive it may only be possible to respond to successful applicants.
