Recruitment Consultant £35,000 excellent commission IT & Technology Home-based (within a commutable distance of Leeds) Flexible working Midlands or North of the UK An established successful Leeds based Recruitment Consultancy is looking for experienced recruitment consultants to join the team within the IT and Technology sectors. The company provide sales, management and technical staff to a large number of engineering and IT companies across the UK and have developed an excellent reputation with candidates and clients for honesty, effectiveness and integrity. They are instantly recognised as a leader within their sector. The company has invested in technology so that you can be based from home. You will be building a desk in the IT and Technology sector that you know best with the support of the resourcing team of candidate researchers. They have invested in a first-class training programme and the latest communications and recruitment software to enable recruiters to work effectively from home or the office as and when you wish. They believe improving performance is a combination of improving the recruitment process based on good quality data, teamwork and continual training and coaching. For those that aspire to it and meet the criteria, there is a career path into management including a Management Degree Apprenticeship with the Open University Business School. You will have at least three year’s experience in recruitment within the IT or Technology sectors. Must have a proven record of success in business development. Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Computer keyboard skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar. Must be able to easily attend a weekly meeting in Leeds, so you will need to be based within a realistically commutable distance. In return, they offer a starting basic salary of £35k reviewed annually to be 40% of your personal turnover. There is also a profit share scheme and a pension scheme to which the company contributes.
