Overview of the Role An incredible opportunity to join an exciting new Mortgage Brokerage, which has the support of a wealth of experience, forward thinking technology and investment. We are looking to build a team of motivated, successful and driven Mortgage and Protection Advisers to join our ambitious new business and provide clear and professional whole of market mortgage advice to our customers. We are part of a well-known, large network who will provide first class initial and ongoing training to support our Mortgage and Protection Advisers. You will also benefit from a dedicated Administrator enabling you to focus on new business and delivering exceptional customer outcomes. Our successful Mortgage and Protection Advisers will be fully CeMap qualified with at least 1 years’ experience in a recent Mortgage Adviser role. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth reviews of client's financial circumstances, current situation, future needs and plans Be a key point of contact for client queries and requests Carry out research on the most appropriate mortgage products from a panel of lenders and recommend appropriate solution Prepare recommendations to address client's protection needs Be accessible via all methods of all multi-channel communication Review and respond to clients changing needs and financial circumstances Maintain client relationships Demonstrate full compliance standards that satisfy all regulatory and legislative requirements Full responsibility and accountability for processing cases in a timely fashion Generate new business through activities including managing relationships between Saffron Mortgage Finders and referral sources In return, we can offer you a highly competitive starting salary up to £40,000 (depending on experience) along with our exceptional rewards and benefits package that will include a quarterly bonus. This is a permanent role working 37.5 hours per week; flexibility around hours welcome, 8am - 8pm coverage is required for the business. You will also be required to work two Saturdays per month on a rota basis (9am- 2.30pm) for which we will pay in addition to your base salary for every Saturday worked.
