HR Associate Trainer, Up to £200 a day dep on experience and quals, Flexible, Part Time Hours (Self Employed) Carlisle Based We are searching for an HR Associate Trainer to join our organisation due to the continued growth of our apprenticeship programmes. We are looking for an exceptional HR/L&D professional to help train and develop our Level 3 HR Support Apprentices. We need you to bring their apprenticeship journey to life, drawing upon your industry knowledge and tutoring skills to provide excellent support and guidance to prepare them for their end point assessment. We are looking to pay a daily rate of between £150 and £200 a day depending on qualifications and experience. This opportunity is offered on a self-employed associate basis. Your main focus will be to deliver lessons structured around developing the students' knowledge skills and behaviours support HR and L&D apprentices during their journey with us over a 13-month programme. You will need to be confident in the classroom and be happy to visit the learners' employers to carry out 1-2-1 reviews. You will be required to forge close working relationships with the employers and achieve a high level of engagement with our apprentices' line managers. We are looking for someone who has proven experience in industry or the public sector as an HR Manager or HR Consultant. You will have a generalist background and ideally have experience in L&D and have delivered training previously. If you enjoy training others and have a natural aptitude to coach and encourage others to learn new skills then this job could be a great match for you. It would be ideal if you held an assessor qualification (D32/D33, A1, TAQA or CAVA) or a teaching/training certificate such as PTTLS or Education & Training although this is not essential and training can be provided. The following would also be beneficial - CIPD qualified - desirable Degree educated (HR or Business-related degree) Hold a Level 2 qualification (GCSE at grade C or above) in English & Maths System People are fully committed to safeguarding and promoting welfare of children and as a result all new Tutors will be subject to a full registration, DBS check and thorough reference checks.
