Overview

Huntress are recruiting an Accounts Assistant role in Stansted for this market leading and unique business that offers outstanding long term career prospects and opportunity. This is a permanent, full time position suitable for someone with ambition and drive to be an integral part of the finance team. Reporting into the Finance Manager, typical duties and responsibilities will include the following Processing Purchase ledger invoices on the system and working with suppliers to resolve queries Reconciling supplier statements Query resolution Sales rebates and order processing Cash allocation Credit control and debt collection Processing new customers and petty cash transactions Dealing with the company credit card The successful candidate will have 2 years experience dealing with either Purchase Ledger or Credit Control and have ambition and drive to develop and further a career. You must have good system and communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team as well as independently.
