Your new company Hays HR is delighted to be working alongside a fantastic private sector organisation in their search for a new Internal recruiter. This dynamic organisation is continuing to expand its workforce and has continued to invest in its site in the Greater Belfast Area. This Human Resources job with see you work with an expanding recruitment team. This recruitment job is a 6 month contract, however, there is the possibility of the role going permanent Your new role As the new Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle at the organisation's main site in NI. You will primarily recruit for a diverse range of roles right across the business. As the new recruitment specialist you will liaise with both internal and external stakeholders in order to pipeline talent for the months and years to come. What you'll need to succeed As the ideal candidate you will need to have 2 years recruitment experience either in-house or agency recruiting for roles within this organisation's industry. Moreover, you will also need to have experience working within a wider recruitment team. Being CIPD qualified is not essential but would be desirable.
