Due to their ongoing growth, they seek to appoint a capable, diligent and ambitious Geophysicist into a brand new role to provide technical support and help develop a growing survey department with a multitude of operations in and out of the UK. As a Geophysicist your role will include: Collect geophysical data (Magnetic primarily) and conduct initial QC of the data. Process and report geophysical data in the aspect of Ordnance using propriety gridding and modelling software, AutoCAD, GIS Software and Microsoft Office. Conduct technical input for project tenders jointly with the commercial department. Produce and update GIS databases for field works. Assist the group with their GIS needs and project support. Supporting field staff with equipment troubleshooting. Assist with the maintenance of geophysical/geographical equipment Support with the development and improvements across the department and company through digitalisation.
