Role: Accounts Administrator Salary: £19,500 Location: Nottingham Type: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract Overview 2Fawcett are recruiting for an Accounts Administrator (12 Month Fixed Term Contract) to join a company located in Nottingham, Covering Maternity. A manufacturing business who require someone to be able to hit the ground running and support. There could be further opportunities within other areas of the business after the duration. The Role & Responsibilities of Accounts Administrator - Purchase Ledger - Sales Ledger - Administration - Some Payroll aspects, HR and Cashbook Administration - Responsible for purchase ledger across the business using Sage - Purchase invoices - New supplier Set Ups - Supplier Statement Reconciliation - Supplier Queries - Late Creditors - Preparing Supplier Payments for authorisation - Assist with the weekly payroll administration Requirements of Accounts Administrator - Previous accounts experience needed, mainly purchase ledger - Be flexible to cover other areas of Finance Type 12 Month Fixed Term Contract Working Hours Monday to Friday
