Overview

Elevation HR are currently recruiting for a HR Officer for a leading business based in Wakefield. The HR Officer will provide a support function to the business and senior management team. Reporting to the HR Manager the successful candidate will be involved in a varied and rewarding role. Responsible for a range of issues including employee relations, recruitment, management support and coaching as well as the review and creation of policies and procedures and the update of legislation and looking at the restructure of departments and shift patterns. This is autonomous role in a lively and energetic business where no day is the same. The HR Officer will speak weekly with the shop floor staff, management and the CEO as well as other external bodies.
