Overview

A fantastic position has become available working for one of the leading Therapeutic Residential Children's Homes in Oxfordshire. The position is a Team Manager and the salary is up to £31,000 depending on experience. You will be providing care and support for 8-18 year olds with emotional and behavioural difficulties. You will be offering a safe, stable environment where the young people can develop there skills. As a Team Manager you will supervise and support a team of support workers in a hands on manner. You will design and implement education plans and every day care for each individual. There are also many activities to be planned such as trips away, horse riding, camping and many more You will need to hold a full UK driving license and a Level 3 or above in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) you will need previous experience within a similar setting.
