UX / UI Designer

Linnworks, a leading SaaS company with a UK market-leading product for eCommerce back-office automation, has an exciting opportunity for a UX / UI Designer to join the team based in Chichester. By market-leading, we really do mean the market leader. Linnworks is well known in the industry for hosting Linn Academy, one of the largest eCommerce conferences in the UK. Due to growth, we are looking for a UX / UI Designer to work alongside our product team to help us develop design strategies and create the best user experience. About the role: Working collaboratively with the team to create a product that our customers simply cannot live without Driving innovative UX / UI designs across all digital platforms Designing with eCommerce and CRO in mind End to end approach from researching, wireframing and testing Designing new modules - UI prototyping and spec writing Defining UX guidelines Working with engineers to define and standardise the UI toolkit Requirements: 5 years in UX / UI direction Experience with prototyping tools, mind maps, communication skills, graphical editor HTML, CSS, JS Ability to critically analyse, and give constructive feedback and proposals for improvement Experience working with SaaS products Excellent English, communication skills, patience and a cool head Experience as a Front End Developer or Graphical Designer would be a bonus Lots of energy, insight and passion for the product A collaborative self-starter Sounds interesting?
