About the role You will provide an administrative support in the delivery of an efficient and pro-active IT liaison and monitoring of current standards, processes and procedures to enable auditable service delivery. You will implement and participate in current and future service improvement initiatives whilst continuing to deliver a first-class customer service to our internal and external customers. About you You will be highly organised with an ability to prioritise and manage conflicting demands effectively and achieve an effective and quality customer service. You must have strong customer focus with the desire and ability to deliver the highest standards of service and work to provide improvements The ability to use an effective written and verbal communication style ensuring that information is easily understood and accurately communicated in an effective and professional manner is crucial as is the ability to work as part of a team and to contribute effectively, demonstrating a flexible approach, sharing best practice and working with others towards shared goals and objectives to provide an effective and quality service. You must possess excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers and have a genuine enthusiasm for providing a high standard of customer service and an ability to promote a positive attitude within the team.
