Customer Service Advisor Wembley, Middlesex £24,000 Pension Parking This expanding local organisation are currently seeking a confident and ambitious Customer Service Advisor to join their highly professional sales team and take responsibility for a wide range of administrative tasks. Some of your duties will include: - Providing all-round administrative and customer service support in a busy Sales Department - Liaising with clients over the telephone to establish their requirements and recommend suitable products - Taking orders from customers and ensuring stock is available to meet order requirements - Inputting customer orders on computer system and co-ordinating delivery schedules - Checking with clients after delivery of orders to ensure they are happy with service provided - Maintaining computerised client database system and ensuring information held is kept up to date at all times Regrettably, we are not able to respond to job applicants who are not shortlisted.
