Overview

We are looking for a welcoming, enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the FMB team as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. The role will be to provide comprehensive reception service and administrative support service to the Directors, Managers and Financial Planners which will involve answering and transferring telephone calls, welcoming visitors, handling incoming and outgoing post and general office administration. Entry Level Requirements/Experience: Excellent Word, Excel and Outlook Excellent customer service skills (both internal & external) 2 years of relevant administrative experience Positive, 'can do’ attitude Excellent attention to detail to the presentation of premises Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills Willingness to participate in learning opportunities/events outside of usual work hours Required Behaviours: Business like in both appearance and approach Demonstrates an ethos of trust both in personal behaviour and towards all colleagues Speaks and deals with all colleagues in a respectful, positive and polite manner A proactive approach to challenges to deliver results Working Hours: Part-Time (21 Hours) Wednesday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
